Patrons and community members may reserve our library community room for events. Please see a library staff member while in the library or call the library at 765-201-4745.
If you are scheduling an event that will occur during library non-business hours, you will need to give your name, organization, and contact information when scheduling the event. The day before the event, you must come into the library, fill out a community room agreement policy form, and pick up a community room key, key fob and return envelope. Keys must be returned after the event, either by dropping the key, placed in the return envelope, through the drop slot in the library’s front door, or in person. Keys must be returned promptly, or you risk the loss of further use of the library community room. Patrons or community members who lose a community room key will be fined $25. The fine for a key fob replacement is $95.
Presentation technology is available upon request. The technology hosts capabilities to present slides as well as online streaming. A touch screen laptop with HDMI port capability may be acquired with a deposit fee of $100 which is retained upon checkout. The deposit is reinstated when the technology is returned intact. The deposit fee is waived for in-house, non-commercial use.
Please note: The library strives to serve our community by honoring all scheduled events. However, the library reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events at their discretion.
